What data we collect

Information you provide as part of pre-order and reservation requests: name, email, phone, city, country, age range, profession, car brand you drive, sports you practice, prior luxury watch ownership, purchase motivation, how you heard about us, IP address, and browser information.

Why we collect it

To contact you personally, recommend the right watch from our collection, manage reservation and payment workflows, and improve our service. Profile fields (profession, car, sports) are scored internally to inform our recommendations; this score is never shared with you.

How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Security controls prevent unauthorized access to our database server. Emails are delivered through Resend.

Third parties

We use Resend (resend.com) for transactional email and Google Fonts for typeface loading only. Their respective privacy policies apply.

Retention

Lead data is retained for 3 years. Beyond that, or upon your request, it is permanently deleted.

Your rights
