Ottomann Watches (ottomannwatches.com) is the data controller. Data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Data processed and purposes

Name, email, phone, city, country, age range, profession, car brand, sports, purchase motivation, IP, marketing preference. Purposes: evaluating your request, managing reservation and payment, personalised recommendation, fulfilling legal obligations, and (with consent) marketing newsletters.

Profiling notice

We score profession, car and sports information automatically to inform personalised recommendations. This score is purely internal and is never shared with you.

Transfer

Data is shared with our bank to receive payments and with Resend (US/Ireland) for transactional email delivery. Your consent is captured via the KVKK checkbox on the form.

Retention

3 years. Beyond that, or upon your request, it is permanently deleted.
